Avoidance of conflicts of interest

Lawyers are prohibited from representing conflicting interests (§ 43a Abs. 4 BRAO). Before accepting any mandate, a respective conflict check will be perforemd.

The sum insured for financial losses is EUR 1.000.000,00 per case with a yearly limit of EUR 2.000.000,00.

The insurance covers activities in Europe. There is no insurance cover for services rendered through offices outside of Germany or for services rendered in relation to non European law or before non European courts.  

Extrajudicial dispute conciliation

Thomas Leidereiter is not willing to participate in extrajudicial dispute conciliation in consumer matters. Detailed information can be obtained at www.ec.europa.eu/consumers/odr.

Shared office

Rechtsanwaltskanzlei Leidereiter is sharing offices with other lawyers / firms. Each of these firms is financially independend. An attorney-client relationship will only be concluded with the individual lawyer who has been engaged by the client. Only this lawyer is liable towards the client.
